About Carmen Rentas

Carmen brings a strong foundation in customer service, leadership, and organization to her role with Mitchell Properties & Salty Hook Homes. Having called Southwest Florida home since childhood, she combines valuable local knowledge with a genuine appreciation for the communities, lifestyle, and people that make SWFL such a special place to live.

Before entering real estate, Carmen built her professional experience in customer service and management roles, developing strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. She has also pursued her college education and remains committed to continued personal and professional growth.

Working closely alongside Dr. Daniela Mitchell and Jason Mitchell, Carmen provides essential operational and real estate support throughout the business. From assisting with open houses and coordinating property-related needs to helping manage transaction files from active listing through closing, her hands-on involvement helps ensure important details stay organized and transactions continue moving forward smoothly.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Carmen is especially proud to serve Southwest Florida’s diverse community and help create a welcoming, informed, and positive experience.

Outside of real estate, Carmen enjoys reading, taking in Southwest Florida’s beautiful sunsets, and appreciating the community she is proud to call home.
